Dear Mother Nature
I love and I know you have your reasons
But I can’t help but ponder as to why you ef’d up the seasons
I mean, In the Winter, it’s 70 degrees
And we got a blizzard in the middle of spring
I have plans, things I wanna do
But for the past 4 months, I’ve been stuck inside because of you.
I’m not gonna be a kid for much longer,
But with you, why even bother?
You don’t listen. You just do what you choose
And all I see are severe weather warnings on the news.
All I have is one tiny request, and I know I might sound like a mess but,
Could you maybe take a chill pill?
Maybe something like a methocarbamol.
*Sigh* Why must you be so serious?
You’re always acting like you’re on your p…. uh… um…
I’m not saying I hate your work. I love surprises,
Well… at least when the occasion arises
But to be honest, I love everything you’ve done.
After all, you’re the only one
with the power to rain cats and dogs
Or even strike lightning to a moldy log.
I can’t tell you how to do your job because I’M JUST A TEENAGER WITH NO JOB.
I still love watching the sunset in summer
And watching the autumn leaves in the fall
But I really love you, most of all
